「Simple, but nice, clean, modern style. Well located for a lower cost visit to Furnas. Has a common kitchenette that with fridge, coffe maker, utensils and such, and a cute little market steps away, along with the delicious water of the tres bicas fountain, provide low cost food options. The restaurant downstairs is also very good. 」

「Hassle free check-in (earlier check in was available for us) by a very welcoming and attentive staff. The room was very nice, clean, bright and had comfortable beds and air conditioning. Breakfast was more than adequate. They also had parking on property, which was super convenient. Location is great: near eateries and grocery stores and yes...the hot springs. Love it and would be back again. Thank you, Hotel Vale Verde!」

「Great location - peaceful, tranquil and walkable to the town. Rooms are a little old and could use some upgrades, but was comfortable. They offer towels for going to the thermal pools. Breakfast was standard continental.」

「Very accommodating/friendly staff and great location. Hotel is conveniently located near many of the best restaurants Ponta Delgada has to offer, and a block away from the ocean. Parking is not included, so you have to find street parking. There’s a good parking lot for the Mercado da Graça within a block of the hotel, which often had spots. I recommended this hotel! 」
