「The room was clean but the building we stayed in had a strange smell that lingered in the room the whole time we were there. It was a good room for one night. I liked how they had a small kitchenette in the room with a good size fridge/freezer. The pool looked nice but we didn’t have time to swim. The staff was very friendly when checking in and out. We had a hard time finding a good restaurant by the hotel so we found ourselves driving to the next town over to eat our meals. It had a good size...

「Do not expect a 4 star property because it is a 2 star. The property needs a lot of repairs and updates. Breakfast is the same everyday and besides scrambled eggs they have beans and mushrooms, never offered bacon and ham only one day. We booked for 5 days thinking that 2 would be to relax by the pool, but it was closed the whole time we were there. The staff is nice and accommodating and it is the best asset of the property. Also, the location is not the best if you don’t have a car.」

「The bungalow was clean and very beautiful. However, we had booked it for two adults and our daughter, and the space intended for the third guest was not truly suitable for sleeping. The sofa bed in the living room was extremely uncomfortable. In addition, the lack of curtains on the front door and window, combined with two very bright emergency exit lights that could not be turned off, made the room far too bright at night. When we arrived, the pool was not safe for swimming, and we had not...

「It very much depends on which side of the hotel your room is on…half our party was on the old side where rooms and bathrooms were very much in need of upgrading. Luckily I was one of our group with rooms on the new side which were palatial in size and very nice. My only complaint would be the lack of lighting in our bathroom, it almost looked like they had removed lights, probably to comply with an eco drive but it was quite dark. Overall the hotel was in a good location, in walking distance of...

「Paulo was an incredible host, suggesting ideas for activities, hikes and restaurants. The bed was confortable and the room had everything you need. If you want to go to bed early or stay in bed late, don’t forget to bring your earplugs if you are in the main building because you can hear people at breakfast. The continental breakfast was complete with eggs, fruits, bread, cheese, ham, yogurt, cake, coffee and tea. There are even passionfruits from the garden sometimes! The pool in a nice...
