Very clean which is my number 1! Staff are all very nice, especially the cleaning ladies. Breakfast is really good and many options included with your stay. We were upset to have missed it some mornings! Overall I would definitely stay again.

This was our second visit to Hotel Gaivota Azores and we would come back again gladly. The staff are very warm and friendly, there is a parking pass available to rent, there is free breakfast, they offer a birthday cake delivered to room to celebrate a bday, and the view is amazing. We love it there! Zero complaints!

We had a junior suite which had a large balcony and a fantastic panaramic view of the harbour. On arrival we were welcomed and checked in speedily and found our room beautifully presented. Breakfast and eating area very good with lots of choices. Very central to all that happens in P D and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel location is perfect - underground parking across the street for a reasonable price and walkable to all of the marina area and the many stores and restaurants in the area. The staff was second to none!!! Try for a room with a view as there is no outside amenity area. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice plus an la carte menu.

The staff at this hotel made our stay absolutely incredible! Not only were they helpful in providing restaurant recommendations, but they also helped coordinate a tour around the islands (ask for Pedro), taxis to and from different destinations since we didn't rent a car, and just overall were so friendly that it made our stay extra special.
