Auf den Bildern sieht es so aus als ob das Hotel und die Balkone zum Meer gerichtet sind, jedoch hat man bei einem Zimmer mit Meerblick lediglich einen seitlichen Meerblick. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, aber auch nicht mehr. Etwas Mißverständlich war die Nutzung des Innenpools und der Sauna, dieses wird als Day Sia ausgelegt und es werden extra Gebühren erhoben, die aber nicht ihr Geld wert sind, für die kostenlose Nutzung ist dies in...

「The room felt neglected. It was clean but the bathroom is in great need of an update and appears moldy and worn down. The beds are very hard and the room is musty. Breakfast was fairly good. 」

「What a great spot if you want quiet and tranquility, the view was spectacular. Went for a nice walk in the morning along the bluff not a place to go if you do not have a car or don’t bring groceries with you. It’s a bit far out that is what I loved about it. 」

「The location is great The staff is very accomodating to reguest and offer help in a passionate way. I was traveling alone and they helped plan my days by giving me places to visit and food options while there My luggage didn’t arrive for 3 days and they told me where to go for clothing as well as called the airlines for updates. The restaurant had no problems with me desiring to eat in my room instead of the establishment. Will stay there again on return 」

「Excellent property! great location and incredible staff, we had an amazing week touring the area. Our room was clean and comfortable with a great view of the ocean. 」

「Private gated villa located in great town. Local hot springs are less than a 10 minute walk. Staff was great, cleaned daily, did laundry upon request, left local foods after each cleaning. Overall a wonderful stay.」

「What really made the stay exceptional was the people. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The team went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of, and their hospitality made the experience feel personal.」

「Welcoming and helpful staff, comfy beds, beautiful grounds and views and so much peace and quiet! We stayed in early April and the weather was beautiful but unpredictable (as usual in the Azores) and our room stayed a comfortable temperature the entire time without using the thermostat. The only change I'd make is more variety at breakfast and more opportunity to try the Azorean beef at dinner! 」
