「Everything was amazing! The hotel staff were very friendly and professional. Anything we needed, they would handle it right away! The breakfast was really good. One of the employees Santiago was very informative and helpful when we first arrived. We arrived early before check in but he kept us updated when the rooms were going to be ready and helped taking our bags to our rooms. I do wish they had a laundry room. We were infront of the wedding venue and it was perfect because we were traveling...

「Lovely boutique hotel, only five rooms so you have an intimate atmosphere. The rooftop is a wonderful lounge area and you have it to yourself usually. Staff is very responsive. The wifi occassionally drops」

「We stayed here for four nights and it was absolutely heaven. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Talia at the front desk and Marina at the restaurant. Our room was so comfortable, the generous credit at the restaurant was great, and we loved being in the middle of things while still having a quiet oasis to come home to every night and relax. Can’t recommend this place enough for a romantic, peaceful stay in a beautiful spot.」

「Clean rooms, amazing bed and pillows, great breakfast, delicious restaurant, a/c in rooms work great. They had construction going on early in the morning but once asked to stop they did & compensated us for the inconvenience. Can’t beat the location either! Overall my partner & I will be visiting again next time we come to visit the walled city! Thank you for having us Bastión」
