It’s a small and beautiful boutique hotel in a lovely and quiet street, within walking distance to all major attractions. 「I recently stayed at Charleston Santa Teresa in Cartagena. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with charming design and a wonderful atmosphere. The rooftop views are breathtaking and a real highlight of the property.
