「Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water. 「We went to the port on a Tuesday afternoon and it was easy to find the staff. They also communicate by WhatsApp. The boat rides went fine. The staff at the resort were very friendly and helpful. If you want a second cup of coffee during the breakfast, you'll have to flag the staff down. The hotel room was good and we liked the bed. 「Solo Traverlers**** this is my experience. I came Solo the first day and a hotel worker tried to come on to me, even close my door and attempted to dance with me in the room. Then a few days later tried to enter my room. The hotel did a good job and investigated everything but they tried to investigate it while I was there. This could have been dangerous for me. Nevertheless I wont stay at this hotel again and I will never travel alone. The hotel is beautiful, food is amazing.」
