「Great place to stay. Delicious breakfast, huge room, on the beach, nearby stores, attentive and kind staff. You get everything you need in and around this beautiful hotel.」

「The hotel is nothing like what’s described on Expedia. The buildings look old, and the rooms feel dusty and outdated. There are no real amenities in the room—just two glass bottles of water, and it’s unclear whether they’re being refilled or replaced. The “all‑inclusive” offering is also misleading. The buffet is open for breakfast and lunch with the same menu every day. Dinner service is inconsistent; although the buffet was open on my arrival day (Sunday), it was closed the following evening....

「I absolutely loved this property and the Amenities. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great spa, laundry and room services. The pool on rooftop with 360 view was beautiful.」

「Not a good trip, beach was closed near the hotel. I was told that the restaurant was hosting the World Cup and no reservations were needed for the Colombia game, which was false and no seats were available. Staff wasn’t very helpful with my situation. Food & drinks took forever to receive whether you’re at the restaurant, bar or pool side. Service is extremely slow.」

The skyline views of downtown are a bit of a looker, too. Food was gorgeous, and the staff were absolute legends—sorted us out with zero fuss. Honestly, 10/10, would willingly risk the sunburn to stay here again.」

「We got the suite with the balcony. The views are unbeatable. The pool was well-maintained and there's direct access to the beach. Dann is always a reliable choice in Colombia. Breakfast can be improved, but I got a surprise cake for my birthday. The staff are lovely. Highly recommended and deccent value, considering the high prices of hotels in Cartagena.」
