"The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was updated. There wasn't enough clothes storage in the room, and the cooling unit either cooled too much or too little. The continental breakfast was good but no protein, so I brought my own powder to mix with the oatmeal. The hotel is near the beach, so it was pretty busy and noisy at times. There was a homeless presence in the neighborhood too."

"Clean, friendly staff, this hotel has maintained itself even though aging. The food options are a great value and quality, especially for a hotel. All hotels in SB are over priced but if you don't mind being away from the fray it is worth it .Service a tad slow at the restaurant but staff super friendly. Only giving 4 stars because there arent enough plugs/charging port options in the room - crazy in this day & age - and we were short towels (reserved for 3 adults, only 2 sets). Comfy beds and plenty of parking. Relatively quiet area too but walls are thin. We'd definitely stay here again. "

"HIGHLY RECCOMEND.We were in town for a family wedding. The hotel is in a very good location, right off the 101 freeway and about 2 blocks from the beach. The hotel is small and cozy, we loved the old mission style. The landscaping and tile work was nice. Lobby furnishings were very new and nice. We had 2 king suites side by side. The king suites are very good size. The sofa bed was comfortable and the king bed was super comfortable. The kitchen is very nice and a nice size with everything you need. Loved the bathroom! Very large size, large shower, large vanity and large closet, lots of room. A/C worked well, it is very quiet. Oh and the breakfast was very good! Amazing pastries. "

"The room was intense with bleach, screen door bent so let the flies n bees in to air odor out. Toilet didnt flush, long story trying to get bell hop when left a few hours after check in. Asked for no Mayo at pool cafe, had Mayo loaded up on sandwich:(. "

"Our room at the Inn was clean and comfortable. They are old rooms nicely rennovated. The bed was comfortable and clean. Staff at the office was welcoming and friendly. We would stay here again"
