We loved the hotel and its amenities: pool, hot tub, mini golf, fire pit. The location however wasn’t ideal for people who want to explore Santa Barbara (however it is great for people visiting near by college). We wish we stayed downtown Santa Barbara where all the fun things are: wineries, restaurants, museums.

Very nice hotel near UCSB campus and wine country. We enjoyed location to visit student and explore the area. Used fitness room and hot tub in the evenings which was very nice with view of fire pit.

Staff is very friendly, helpful and intelligent, they are excellent and make you feel valued as a customer. The common spaces are homey and fun, feel like fireplaced living rooms rather than an impersonal lobby. Really do a great job here, others could learn a lot from this particular location.

Our room had a distinct rancid odor that lasted the entire stay. Otherwise the staff are outstanding, the room was clean and we enjoyed our stay. The coffee bar was great but the hours that it was open were minimal and it was understaffed.

Terrific staff, good facilities and very nice room. Unfortunately, there was some outside noise throughout the evening that didn’t allow it to be the most restful experience - from the parking lot noises to other rooms - sound insulation is not as effective as would be ideal.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. Our room was on the ground floor and at 2 am, it was incredibly loud. People banging, doors slamming. The bed made all kinds of noise and was uncomfortable. The room was very clean.
