「The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!」

「The best thing about the hotel is the pool area which has a great view and a nice vibe. Breakfast is average and feels very busy. Eat dinner elsewhere because it’s overpriced and it feels like a retirement home .」

「I had a good stay at this hotel, which has an excellent location close to Born, all the shops, art galleries, and is very easy to walk all around Palma from. The lobby area is very small and the entrance way to the lifts is rather small and cramped, so can get crowded with people coming down the stairs or out of the lifts/people waiting for the lifts.
