Amazing stay 👍

What an amazing stay at the RIU Concordia. Staff are so lovely, from room staff, bar staff, restaurant staff and reception. The food in the restaurant is superb. So fresh, hot and the best choice. Drinks at the bar had plenty of choice, cocktails made fresh which were amazing and reasonably priced.

I love to stay in this Hotel, and what I liked most was the friendliness of all the Hotel's employees. Made me feel welcome and comfortable during my stay. The only downside, as I was on a business trip, was that the breakfast didn't open early. If it started at least at 7:30 am, it would be a good time. So I needed to have breakfast outside the hotel.

Hotel lovely, room nice but small no seating area we are English and didn't realise it would be full of Germans. Breakfast good Evening meal poor and did t get a drink included with meal ( inc had to pay for water) air con didn't work in room but eventually got it sorted. No sound proofing of room so noisy all night long with groups coming home 1am 2am 3am etc banging doors and shouting, asked to be moved but hotel full. All in all nice hotel but wouldn't return due to area been German which we weren't told about

Property was really nice. Area has a sports bar which is quite noisy during football matches. There is little soundproofing between room and doors so ear plugs a must. Everyone comes in at all hours. I was disappointed that the balcony was overtop the building below so it ended up being a terrace tunnel which wasn’t usable. Hotel doesn’t respond to Expedia messages. Half board was quite good and easy to get to Palma and Airport as the bus stops right outside.

Poor service and a lot of additional extra to pay for, e.g. the safe in the room. Unacceptable for a 4* Hotel. Poor and unhealthy food. You have to wear a Plastic wristband for half board. The permanent plastic wristband was not mention before and reduced the overall vacation and experiences. Unacceptable and never again RIU Concordia.

Das Zimmer war sauber das Peronal super nett und beim Frühstück haben wir auch nichts vermisst. Nur der Bewegungsmelder im Bad hat genervt, weil nachts das Licht immer wieder spontan an ging und ins schlafzimmer leuchtete.

Hallo, vielen Dank für Ihre Abfrage. Gerne möchte ich Ihnen eine Rückmeldung zu unserem kürzlichen Aufenthalt geben. Am Morgen unserer Abreise (15. Februar 2026 gegen 7:50 Uhr) sind wir zum Frühstück gegangen. Da bereits andere Gäste anwesend waren, betraten wir ebenfalls den Speisesaal. Ein Mitarbeiter Ihres Hauses wies uns in sehr unfreundlicher und lauter Weise darauf hin, dass das Frühstück erst um 8:00 Uhr beginne, und forderte uns auf, den Raum sofort zu verlassen. Er begleitete uns bis zur Tür und reagierte auf unseren Hinweis, dass wir zeitnah abreisen müssten, mit einem wiederholten „raus, raus“. Dieses Verhalten empfanden wir als unangemessen und respektlos. Leider erfolgte im Anschluss keine Entschuldigung. Darüber hinaus wäre es hilfreich, wenn das Abendprogramm den Gästen im Vorfeld kommuniziert würde. Zudem hatten wir den Eindruck, dass die Qualität der Abendverpflegung im Vergleich zu früheren Aufenthalten nachgelassen hat. Weiterhin empfehlen wir, die Abdichtung der Zimmertüren zu verbessern, da Geräusche vom Flur deutlich wahrnehmbar waren. Abschließend möchte ich betonen, dass wir mit dem übrigen Personal, insbesondere an der Rezeption und im Housekeeping, sehr zufrieden waren.

Das Hotel hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Zimmer sind schön, das Essen wirklich lecker (manchmal fehlt etwas Salz) und die Mitarbeiter so freundlich und bemüht, wie man es heute nicht mehr so oft findet. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage! Ich komme gerne wieder!
