"Arrived and was told that all they had available for Expedia guest was a room for disabled guest. I said we requested a room with two queen beds and that is what I paid for. Ryan said we had to pay $40 each night for an upgrade to the room I originally booked. Then we requested our room cleaned and had to tell front desk it was not. The person at the front desk said cleaning staff was gone but he could take out the trash and get us clean towels but did not know how to make up beds. I requested a flat pillow and they only had one size. I went to TJ Max and purchased new pillow. At check out I wanted a receipt to see the additional charged because of my room assignment. They threw the blame game at Expedia. I don’t understand the whole mix up if my confirmation had the correct information. I just felt very upset and disappointed.
