Beds and pillows were very comfortable, Room was clean and felt very safe. Early check-in is really not an option you have to wait until 4:00 pm. The only flaw at least with our room is the restroom needs a little renovation. They are pretty old.

Overall, we had a really nice stay and would return. The fire pits and hot tubs were great, and we loved the board games and local restaurant menu binder in the lobby. Our room was clean and spacious, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the WiFi worked well since we had no cell service. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, and free parking was a plus. The only things that would have made it better would be offering coffee earlier than 8am and having more variety for the continental breakfast. It was just coffee, tea, and a tasty loaf of bread, which was good, but I expected a few more options. Still, overall a very nice stay. Overall, we had a really nice stay and would return. The facilities were great. But the front desk staff were at times missing in action. Even their sister hotel the fog catcher had no idea where they were while we were locked out of our rooms because our keys malfunctioned.

both hot tubs were clean and enjoyable, a little chilly because it was under a pergola. the kids enjoyed the complimentary snacks in the lobby and the hot chocolate. Tea and coffee were also provided. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean and cozy. However, the room needed some maintenance. the towel rack was not secured and fell on my husband’s foot, which led to some bleeding. the lock on the room door was broken and would not lock. We told the front desk and they sent someone to fix this the same day but we didnt feel comfortable leaving our laptops and other valuables in the room in the meantime. There is no A/C in the room, only heating.

The only negative was that we had to request room cleaning one day in advance. We felt bad for cleaning personnel because of the amount of trash left. There were also no accessible trash cans so we could get rid of trash ourselves.

Great location! Expedia says "Breakfast included", but this is not so. Just some bread and coffee from a local bakery. It was good, but not breakfast. Other than that, a nice place. They even gave us a free room upgrade with an ocean view. We did appreciate that!

The fireplace is realistic but more like watching it on tv, not warm. But fine, we didn’t care. Just staying overnight to break up our drive. Staff is very nice.

The room was clean but the furnishings were a little tired looking, our reservation said the suite had 2 kings and 2 queens. It did not. It had 2 rooms one with a queen and a sofa that may or may not have had a pull out bed, and a separate bedroom with a king. The reservation said we had a courtyard view, that didn't really happen either. We didn't spend a ton of time in our room so we managed, but were a little disappointed. The first night there the hair drier tripped a circuit breaker and turned off the power in both bathrooms, the second night there our TV remote stopped working and the tv had to be repaired. Staff was nice and helpful and gave us good dining recommendations. Coffee and pastries were available Saturday morning, but not Sunday for some reason. Paper napkins would be a nice addition to the morning snack if they offer it again.

The room was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels were provided, and toiletries were nice. It was nice to have a large closet with several racks for putting luggage on. Unfortunately, the closet didn’t have a light inside, so that made it a little challenging at times. There was not a fireplace in the room, but we were right next to the lobby that had a fireplace and was cozy with little snacks and games. Although the suite worked fine for our purposes, it did not match the description as one of the bedrooms was open to the living room.
