The J Patrick house was wonderful. The contactless check-in was very easy and our room was very cozy and quaint. We loved it and cannot wait to stay there again. Also the coffee and cookies downstairs are a wonderful touch.

Nana the chill Welcome Cat - who immediately & casually walked toward us as we drove up - was adorable! Staff responded within 7 minutes after texting an issue with the fireplace! We enjoyed a cozy fire in a charming, comfortable room. Above average experience! Thx!

Very cozy and charming bed and breakfast~ The electric fireplace added a cute touch to the room. Bed and linens were comfortable. And the complimentary cookies and drinks were a delight.

Very clean, cozy, and well-stocked. We had a little trouble with the self-service check-in after 5pm, but their staff was very fast in responding by text to help us get it resolved quickly.

Stayed in King room that was clean and very nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed tea and snacks in the garden petting the neighborhood cat. We had a very comfortable and un-rushed experience.

It was a really wonderful room experience. Very cute room, very clean, and smelled nice. Very comfortable and great shower. I appreciate that it was also comfortable in terms of temp… on the cooler side.👍 Tiny issue with the sink draining properly; but received a quick apology and assurance that they’d be sending in maintenance to resolve the issue. They were unaware of the problem. Super cute and appreciated the Irish motif and the cookies. We’ll definitely stay again.

The room was nice spacious and cozy. The only note i did not like was the fact that basically there is no privacy at all ; the couple stying on the same floor next door … let say that if you go to the toilet or talk even softly you hear everything …. And i mean Everything :-) The rest was great thank you
