"After a grueling 7-hour drive, I arrived at 9:00 PM only to be blindsided at check-in. Despite no prior disclosure during the booking process, the front desk informed me of a mandatory $15 resort fee and a $100 pet fee. Charging over $100 in surprise fees upon arrival is predatory and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the room was poorly maintained; the floors were covered in sand, which is unacceptable regardless of the price point. I submitted a formal complaint to management regarding the lack of transparency and the cleanliness of the room, but I have received zero response. If you are traveling with a pet or expecting honest pricing, I strongly recommend staying elsewhe"

"The bed was extra firm and was somewhat hard to sleep on. There's a daily parking fee of about $20 which I think they advertise when you book the room. Housekeeping has to be specially requested which is nice to not have to worry about that interuption sitting the stay. Hotel like great and is right next to the beach. Enjoyed my stay"

"For a hotel at the beach that i assume is used frequently, it was clean and welcoming. We stayed in a basic double bed room and it was as expected. Breakfast was a nice amenity that most places no longer offer."

"I used to stay at this hotel monthly. I have since moved to the area and now when my family come to visit they stay here. The elevator never works which is really inconvenient trying to get kids up and down from the top floor several times a day. I am not sure why they would even use the rooms on the top floors knowing the elevator doesn't work or is on the brink of not working. Other than that breakfast is great. The staff is great. It's just the elevators! "

"The parking lot was dark, the rooms were not clean and we were treated to yelling and screaming and running up and down thr halls almost the entire night. Absolutely NOT worth the money."

"Overall enjoyable. They seem pretty understaffed for the size of the place. The staff I interacted with was cordial. If you stay more than a couple of days you will have to go to the laundry exchange to get linen. A text is sent to your phone asking if you have any issues or concerns. I had an issue of the smell of marijuana coming through the bathroom vents 3 or 4 nights. I reached out about it but did not get a response. A lot of stains on sitting furniture. There is also construction on site at times. The place seemed newly renovated which was nice. The issues above didn't prevent us from having a solid stay but just worth being aware of before you book "
