「This is a great property, and I would have given it 5 stars is the valet situation wasn’t as absurd as it was. The entire front parking lot is reserved for valet only leaving only a few parking spots on the side of the hotel and street parking. During our stay, only 2 or 3 people utilized valet for their stay. Perhaps it was busier when the restaurant was open. Hotel patrons should not have to park down the street. Compass is nice, but it’s not the Ritz - it’s more like an upscale Holiday...

When we arrived we were informed for that the elevator was broken, the ice machine was broken, we had no hot water in our shower, and the building was in poor condition. What we paid for this stay was robbery. The only reason this hotel kept Our business is because there's nothing else near. Avoid this place if you can.」

「優點：浴室有spa的裝置可以使用，房間內有小的流理台方便處理食物 缺點： 旅館位在海邊不遠，整體感覺很潮濕，不舒服。水質有點滑滑的，洗完澡也覺得沒洗乾淨。」
