「When we arrived the young lady at the desk was nice and pleasant gave us 3 keys - only one worked. Went to the room and there were no towels in the room at all, no robes as advertised for the spa features. When I went to ask the young lady at the desk I was given 3 towels for the pool and asked to make sure I gave them back before heading back to our room. I figured the towels would be brought while we were swimming so we could shower after but they weren’t. We left for supper, came back -...

「We were happy to check into this lovely place with nice staff and warm decor in the room. The facilities and amenities were just right and made our skiing trip easier. Great location to stay, shop, dine around town. And you don't pay as much in the end.」

「This hotel was wonderful for our young kids! We rented the family suite which gave us all a little extra space. The pool and slide were great for beginner swimmers. The splash pad is permanently out of service which was a little disappointing for our kiddos, but otherwise everything was wonderful. The staff was lovely and attentive! 」
