「We got the room to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi. . We purchased the dinner package. They told us to come for 8 and not later. We sit down at 8. Waiter very rude, for 45 minutes we just sit there. Then we are rushed through the order, i have no chance to ask questions because he is already walking away. We received the first course at 9:15. Then waited between courses. No water. Noone to ask. We finished dinner when restaurant was closed, at 10:45. Sitting alone, trying to hurry through...

「Was beautiful and comfortable room - a definite improvement from our usual pet-friendly stays. Shame that the staff seemed to be overwhelmed throughout our stay. The breakfast service was as so busy and long that we decided to have breakfast elsewhere - shame that they do not offer a continental buffet breakfast at the bar.
