「The location of the hotel is acceptable. It is close to the metro station and can go to it directly from the hotel by lift. However we need to go to downtown for about 15-20 minutes to look for restaurants if you choose not to take the metro. The hotel room is comfortable and spacious. It is also quiet. 」

「Love the location. We love to walk in Mtl and once we parked our car using the easy valet parking we never used it again until it was time to come home. Nice big room. Quiet space. Cleaning staff was great! 」

「The service was excellent. After checking out, we stored our luggage, and when we went to pick it up, the front desk proactively gave us two bottles of water. Room service was prompt as well (usually within 15 miuntes). Also, the room design was very good, featuring an electric stove and a European-style bathtub, which were very aesthetically pleasing. Lastly, the location is very close to major subway lines 1 and 2, which is very convenient for traveling to Notre Dame and old montreal.」

「The pool was basically the reason we chose this hotel and we were not disappointed! The water is a wonderful temperature for swimming even in winter and it was a fun treat for the kids. In addition, the room had plenty of space, our beds were comfortable, and everything was clean and tidy.」

「Je n’ai pas aimé l’odeur du tapis et l’odeur des draps à notre arrivée, le tapis, les lampes, les murs sont désuets et la télévision ne fonctionnait pas, il fallait le brancher pour allumer et débrancher pour l’éteindre. Le fauteuil avait une tache de saleté. Je suis totalement déçue pour le montant que j’ai payé cette chambre.
