Lake view rooms are a must. Rooms are clean and staff is very helpful. Le Voilier and nearby restaurants (check la Clef des champs and le Spago) are very good.

The rooms are beautiful but the walls are thin. Everything was really clean and the staff was wonderful and very helpful. Restaurants were great too! My only suggestion is I think it’s time to renovate the pool area. Looks dated. I would also prefer a dedicated adult only section since the adult only pools were surrounded by the kid friendly pools.

We absolutely loved our stay at this resort! The location by the lake is incredibly beautiful, especially in the evening when the jacuzzis light up and create such a relaxing atmosphere. The poolside lunches were excellent, delicious, and beautifully served. The rooms were clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The staff was polite, friendly, and attentive. We truly enjoyed everything and would love to come back.

Would defiantly recommend. We had a great time. Somewhere to get away and relax. Food was great, staff if really nice ! Have no complaints really, only thing is that they should clean their baths and pool more often. A bit too many bugs inside for our liking. Other then that 10/10

Positives : - clean room - very helpful and friendly staff Negatives : - no lights in porches and balconies so could not use the spa at night even though we got the room with spa included to be able to use it at night - buffet breakfast and restaurants are very pricey - issue with powergrid on the last day and generators only working for the front desk made it impossible to use amenities

The 5 o’clock check in is the latest I ever seen in all the properties I ever stayed at. The check in was horrible. They didn’t have my reservation and made me wait over 30 minutes and didn’t offer a drink from the bar or any other compensation. After 30 minutes I went to the reception desk and asked how long it would be only to find out that my reservation was ready. The elevator wasn’t working for the duration of our stay. The same thing happened when we stayed there the last time. We enjoyed the outdoor facilities but the family pool was closed so we ended up with babies in the adult pool and hot tub. Both dinners at Le Voilier were good.

We were there for two nights everything was great cleanliness facilities, pools, staff was awesome but I have to say our getaway ended on a sour note. The last night we were there around 11pm and dosing off to sleep someone opened the door to our room !! Thank God my wife locked the deadbolt on the door or else they would have walked right in and who knows what might have happened because I jumped out of bed and my adrenaline was through the roof!! Needless to say we got zero sleep and put a damper on our getaway. Not happy with the way it ended. 😔
