Nice hotel with large suites. Clean and calm. Staff is great. However, some downsides that should not happen when you pay this price: 1) Air conditioning in the room is so weak that even when you let it run at maximum capacity, temperature was 25.5 C in the afternoon with the window blinds completely closed! It would cool a little bit during the night, but still too hot to be comfortable. Not acceptable for this kind of hotel. 2) Not enough place to sit around the pool/hot tubs area.

We had a really enjoyable time here. The AC in our original room was broken and the super helpful staff upgraded us to a lakefront room which was spacious and literally opened up on to a patio on the lake. It was gorgeous! The pools are nice and there’s even a small beach. Unfortunately the boats cost extra to rent and are quite pricey. The restaurants are also extremely pricy but there are options to eat in town and kitchenettes in the rooms. Overall a great stay and we will definitely be back!

Vraiment beau séjour à cet hôtel. La chambre est belle, tranquille, propre et lit confortable. Le déjeuner est excellent au restaurant le Voilier et le souper est bien, belle vue mais manque un peu de choix au menu. Les spas, piscines et accès au lac c'est fort agréable. Les 2 seuls points est que le balcon vue sur le lac était vraimnent pas propre, avec même la de cendre de cigarette par terre, les rampes en vitre salles et il y a de la rouille et beaucoup de moisissure verte sur les poteaux Et les bancs de plastiques vraiment pas confortable. Si c'était pas de ce point, c'était pas loin de la note parfaite.

Très belle suite, bien aménagé. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le grand bain qui a une vue sur le foyer et sur la chambre et nous avons profité du spa et de la plage. Séjour très relaxant!

A true escape from routine- 2 hours from home. The amenities give a feel of being somewhere in the south. The menu options in both restaurants were great. I will recommend highly and will go back again. The massage at Amerispa was excellent.. thanks to Christine.

The lake view is beautiful and the pool area is well designed. We had a couple of issues. On the day of our arrival, while we were trying to relax on a hamac, there were helicopters that kept going up and down and it was quite noisy. The check-in is quite late at 5:00pm and they wanted to charge us an extra $25 if we checked out at 12:00pm rather than 11:00am.

We had a great stay at l’Esterel resort. The staff was agreable, polite and helpful. We had dinner at the restaurant le voilier and the food was excellent. The view of our suite was sensational. The suite was very nice the only complaint we have was the bed. Unfortunately, the mattress and the pillows were way to hard which didn’t make us sleep that well. But otherwise a nice experience overall.

The staff were excellent along with the restaurants. The only issue was the cost of a glass of wine $18-20 for 3-4 ounces. That same cost at a good restaurant would be 5-7 ounces.
