"Staff were very helpful, room was as described and the aircon was a pleasant amenity to have. Also within walking distance of Berliner Tor and Hauptbahnhof Süd, so the hotel was well connected to the airport and the city. Housekeeping was supposed to be daily but on a couple of days our room was not cleaned for reasons unbeknownst to us, the reception were able to provide clean towels at request however. Would happily stay here in future. Thank you."
