Very clean hotel with perfect service. Nice and quite area. There is a safe parking garage 200m from the hotel for 10€ a day for cars under 2m. Will come back for my next Hamburg trip.

I stayed one night and it was a comfortable stay. Here are the pros and cons for me: Pros: -The gentleman at reception was polite and very efficient. As the room was vacant he offered me a much earlier check in which was very useful as I had arrived early. -Hotel and the room were very clean. -It is located very close to a metro station, the area is fairly decent and not far from the city centre. It was a cold winter day. The room was quiet. Cons: There is no coffee/tea making facility in the room, which is a standard everywhere I have stayed before. I did not see any bins in the room and had to use the toilet bin for my rubbish. The room did not have a wardrobe. There was a basic rack however. I expect the above basic room facilities of a hotel in this class. Will I stay again? Only if I have to and found no better options.

The hotel was fine and had parking. The neighborhood I would not visit again. I would go for Neustadt or rotherbaum next time

Leider war unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr enttäuschend. Das Hotel glich während unseres Besuchs einer Baustelle, worüber wir im Vorfeld in keiner Weise informiert wurden. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts fanden Bauarbeiten statt. Selbst am Samstagmorgen begannen die Arbeiten bereits ab 9:00 Uhr. Besonders irritierend war der Zustand des Aufzugs, der mit OSB-Platten verkleidet war und insgesamt keinen einladenden Eindruck vermittelte. Wir hätten uns vorab eine transparente Information über die Renovierungsarbeiten gewünscht, um unsere Reise entsprechend planen oder gegebenenfalls umbuchen zu können.

Wie in jedem Motel One: sauberes, aber winziges Zimmer mit einem TV, bei dem sinnfreier Weise der Sleeptimer gesperrt ist. Frühstück ebenfalls wie in allen Motel One: einfach nicht mit buchen und statt dessen zum Bäcker um die Ecke gehen.

Vores dårligste oplevelse på Motel One nogensinde. Receptions personalet udtrykte stor ligegyldighed og total mangel på smil og service. Mindste værelse nogensinde og ikke ordentligt rent. Rengøringen kom om morgenen direkte ind på værelset uden at banke på. Lobbyen var rodet og lignede et værtshus der manglede oprydning. Vi anbefaler klart ikke dette hotel.

NIE WIEDER! 50 min Warten in der Schlange für den Check-in. Anscheinend wegen einer neuen Software. Morgens zum Frühstück dann nochmal 35 min in der Schlange warten. Ganz ohne Software. Und im Zimmer lang unterm Bett eine tote Kakerlake. Der war die Wartezeit vermutlich zu lange. Ist den Wartetot gestorben. Nie wieder dieses Hotel.

Nettes Personal und zentrale Lage an der U-Bahn, gute Ausstattung. Sehr sauber und schönes Zimmer. Leider hat der Check-In sehr lange gedauert. Hier sollte zu Stoßzeiten mehr Personal eingesetzt werden. In der Nacht war es im Zimmer laut, da im gegenüberliegenden Zimmer gefeiert wurde. Dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts.

Très bon hôtel. L’unique souci est la longue queue au petit déjeuner aux heures de pointe malgré la très grande salle. Mais il y a vraiment beaucoup de clients car 19 étages.
