「A well decorated chateau! As a historical heritage, the chateau is well maintained and there is a floor of common area that is decorated in the traditional French style. Basically like a museum and we managed to take many beautiful photo there. Rooms are well decorated with the classic French style. Staff is very helpful and nice, food in the restaurant is also very tasty with reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.」

「The place has a hostel feel to it. The entryway and garden are dirty but the room itself was clean. The communication with management was slow but when they did respond they were very accommodating. The room was a good size, the place was quiet and in a convenient location. All in all, I’d say it’s not bad for a short stay.」

「Property itself is amazing & unique. Medieval theme throughout the Property. The views of LePuy at sunrise/sunset were spectacular. Staff were very friendly and accommodating of all our needs. The pool was great and beautiful at night all lit up. Room was classic and elegantly decorated. Breakfast was amazing just a bit too large for us to finish. 「This was an excellent choice for a 1-night stay in Aix en Provence. Great location. Public parking garage within steps of the hotel. Very utilitarian without charm, HOWEVER large unit, well appointed, excellent air conditioning, very good price. It also would have been nice for there to be someone to carry up the luggage as there are many stairs up to the unit.」

「This hotel claims to be five stars do not stay here they stole my clothes that were in my room an then when I called front desk to report the cleaning staff stole these items they said nothing was brought to our attention and dismissed my concerns as if they took no responsibility. I have to dispute my charge just to regain compensation for a very delicate item that was stolen. Be careful do not stay here the cleaning staff steals items.」
