「Nice place. Think of it as a French country motel. One room with a bathroom. Kitchen was small tight area in corner.outdoor space was nice. We brought in lunch from the market one day and ate outside surrounded by olive trees. .Hosts are very helpful and flexible. Nice easy walk to old part of town. 10 plus minutes depending on your speed. Follow the directions they send you to find and enter place. I recommend. 」

「A peaceful and charming stay that felt more like a true B&B than a hotel. The grounds were beautiful and serene, with birds and animal sounds each morning, and the setting felt authentic to the city. It was easy to find, with convenient parking and just a short walk to the village. The loft suite had everything we needed, and the staff was incredibly responsive via WhatsApp. The only downside was the layout—no shower (bathtub only) and the toilet located downstairs—which was a bit challenging...

「Wonderful stay at this small place on Aix. Staff were great and gave lots of great advice. Location is right in the center of Aix and walking distance to many attractions. Rooms are small but sufficient for a short stay. It is walking distance from the Aix- Ville train station. Its a twenty minute car ride from Aix-TGV station. We will stay here again on our next visit to Aix!」

「This is a fully automated , self-service unstaffed investment property (with Hotels.com should make clear and rate on a different scale than full-service hotels). The construction is brand new, so it was impeccably clean, though sterile and lacking human-centered design elements (extra outlet by bed, place to hang a face towel, little things). There is nothing human or personal about it, except the "concierge" who texts you back when you contact the establishment. (She was nice.) I did not...

「The location was perfect, everything was walkable, although it was tricky to find at first because we did not receive any instructions. The communication to check in did not work as expected for some technical reasons. Otherwise, the host was very kind to check on us through a message everyday.」

「This is a great little hotel with excellent staff and good breakfast. You get to stay right near where it is all happening in the old town center. Couple of limitations here: this hotel has no elevator, so if you bring large luggage, be prepared to haul it up three flights of stairs, which is no fun because the stairs are small and steep. Rooms are generally small although comfortable and clean. Also, if you plan to bring a car here, be prepared to navigate congested one-way cobble stone roads...
