「A well decorated chateau! As a historical heritage, the chateau is well maintained and there is a floor of common area that is decorated in the traditional French style. Basically like a museum and we managed to take many beautiful photo there. Rooms are well decorated with the classic French style. Staff is very helpful and nice, food in the restaurant is also very tasty with reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.」

Un joli domaine avec un bel extérieur, de grandes chambres confortables, une salle de bain spacieuse et rénovée, un bon petit déjeuner et un accueil chaleureux. Nous n'avons trouvé qu'un petit défaut : l'absence de rideau ou volet sur la fenêtre de la salle de bain (notre salle de bain n'ayant pas de porte, nous avons été réveillés un peu trop tôt par la lumière du jour). 」

「Endroit bien situé pratique très facile d'accès même pour une sortie très tôt ou une entrée tardive très bien même par contre l'arrivée des avions toutes les 10 minutes il faut le supporter mais ça va pour y rester 1 ou 2 nuits. L'excellence reste toute de même les gérants de l'hôtel, qui ne chôment pas, rendent service dès qu'ils peuvent, toujours souriant je viens que pour ça d'ailleurs cet accueil chaleureuse. 」

「到了晚上突然沒有冷氣,打電話給櫃檯人員,她只是叫我們"open window", 打開窗戶雖然涼爽,但有蚊蟲飛入房間且因飯店鄰近機場,飛機起降及往來車輛吵雜,雖其餘設施不錯,但因這點影響了我們對飯店的觀感.」

「We understand safety, but wish the windows opened. Staff was great especially after our train was cancelled and they let us stay in the lobby for 4 hours until the next one. Great view of the port. 」

「We like the staffs, they are very helpful. Nice bars and pool. However, the location is very far to the city. It takes a half hour to go to the city and the Ubar / taxi price is quite high in that area, So be careful. Also, nothing much around that area. 」

「Très bonne disponibilité du personnel de nuit. Malgré mon arrivée après 23h30 (vol retardé), et une panne de navette de l'hôtel, le chauffeur a eu la gentillesse d'utiliser son véhicule personnel peu avant minuit pour venir me chercher à l'aeroport.」

「到機場後，建議不要用走的到飯店，非常難走，google map的路線是錯誤的，你要在機場找飯店的對講機，請飯店來載你。另外飯店接駁車開始時間是凌晨五點，五點前妳需要去機場必需自己推行李走過去。另外此飯店於hotel. com上未公開接駁車時間，我寫信去問也都不回信，感受很差，故給差評。」

「after checked in, i found that the room was not cleaned at all. Then, front desk staff came & checked the status, and let me follow her to front desk again and re-assigned a new cleaned room, no formal apologies. 」
