「Good」

「Excrllent service and location. Cannot find any better Hotel in Aix-en provence like this.」

「Located next to the bus station. We had to take early bus to Rousiillon, thus very convenient for travelers like us. Room was clean and quite. Reception desk only available from 3-7pm, no luggage service.」

「Unbelievable place … so fantastic… beautiful setting… attentive staff… incredible breakfast … large rooms … garden / pool … near tons of beautiful villages … strongly recommend」

「No air-condition ! no one to serve when check in, the city tax charge you 10 Euro only for a room night. located in a wasteland. There is no lights outside in the night time, kind of terrible. Very hot in the summer season, couldn't sleep! when you open the window the flying insects could fly in your room. BAD!」

「The grounds and surrounding view are distinguishing. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The room was serene and well appointed. Breakfast was superb, but dinner service was slow. Coquillade lives up to Relais & Chateau’s reputation. This was my second visit from the US to the hotel. and I’d happily return.」

「The location was convenient, but it was very difficult to find a good restaurant nearby. I also appreciated the L'Occitane toiletries provided in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Overall, the hotel looks much better in the photos than it does in reality. I wouldn't stay here again.」

「The hotel is conveniently located, being next to the main road with lots of parking spaces. We booked a room for 3 single adults, with 2 singles and 1 bunk bed and a very large bathroom. The room was very clean, however, the single beds were a bit squeaky and seems not very stable. The bunk bed was rather low so it's easy to hit our heads. There was a bit of water leakage in the bathroom after showering.」
