Great Stay!

Check in was very easy. The room was clean when I arrived with two towels. However, surfaces such as the desk and bathroom were dusty. I really enjoyed that cleaning services came in everyday to make the bed and bring in fresh towels. I really enjoyed my stay, and I would definitely stay there again if I returned.

I would rate this property average. The property has what it needs but nothing extra. It is quite a walk to the main part of town, but it is doable. There are not many options nearby for dining. Overall, it was easy to check in/out and I felt safe staying at the property.

Excellent no fuss hôtel that caters to all.

Good value for money. Room is clean and house keeping daily which is rare these days… Very near the bus terminal so access to city centre is very convenient and cheap…There’s machines where you can order take out meals ranging from simple pizza and sandwiches to a more elaborate menu and be sent to the hotel.. there was even Halal options which is very much welcome… there’s drinks and snack machine and also a microwave oven at the reception… very efficient service.

Unsanitary conditions. The hallway smelled like fermented trash, the bathroom ceiling was moldy and smelled horribly. There is no elevator. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Stay away!!!!

Nothing to write home about

Self check in with problems because the gate was closed. And no parking place until you find out how to get in. Wich ment you were in the way for other trafficants. The gate, the entrance and the room entrance was with code you got when you checked in. Therefore we just left with out checking out because we didnt think it was nessesary?? The room was dirty, but no noice at all eventhougt the highway was right outside. The automate for snack and coffee was out of service. The price was way to high for your money value.

Everything was good except one employee who were in charge for 1st day. I understand there is a rule for the hotel. However, even if she verified that I alreday paid for entire my hotel fee and learned it remains only taxes, she rejected to open the main gate for hotel. Yet the card reader machine didn't work for more than 10 minutes. I should have let the car outside just next to the road like that. I suggested to pay in cash but as this is not the hotel policy, she rejected again. It would be better if she took the money as a warranty and when the machine works correctly she can give it back. And for more surprise, I stayed 3 days and 4 nights, main gate was always opened except the day I arrived. So I think she was the problem. I don't know she acted like this because I am not European or she is slow naturally but it wasn't pleasant experiences 😮‍💨 Other than that, my stays were so good.

Hotel uscita autostrada comodo con parcheggio, buon prezzo, di può raggiungere il centro anche a piedi volendo sui 2 km. Centro molto bello. Camera hotel essenziale ( no phon) doccia bagnoschiuma tv aria condizionata, camere per 4 con letto a castello. Abbiamo preso con colazione compresa ma era veramente scarsa e con poca scelta con la signora chd controllava cosa prendevi , sala molto piccola non vale il prezzo. J'ai fait une réservation via hôtel.com Impossible de récupérer la clé de la chambre j'ai dû attendre une trentaine de minutes et on m'a demandé de payer une centaine d'euros en plus alors que j'avais déjà tout payé. Dans la chambre il n'y avait pas de lumière, il y avait de l'électricité pour charger le téléphone mais pas pour être éclairé. Le personnel est au courant de ce problème mais l'hôtel n'a pas précisé ce problème via hotel.com
