「First, I wanna say my husband will love telling all of his buddies. We stayed above a pub in London. We so much enjoyed the four young ladies that took care of us and the pub they made suggestions and helped us navigate London. The food was really good and enjoyable. Great prices on pitchers of mixed drinks. If you stay there, you need to know two things there’s no elevator and no air-conditioning but you have a fan.」

「A lovely quirky place to stay above a nice pub. Shared facilities but clean and of good quality. Lovely bedroom, incredibly comfy bed. Although breakfast wasn't part of it, the host left cereal, croissants and milk and yoghurt in the fridge. There was facilities to make coffee and tea too. Would happily stay again. 」

「Surprisingly spacious accommodation in what is an old building whose size is not obvious from its frontage. Old building means slanting floors, but that adds to the character. Close to both Chertsey Green, for a pleasant walk, as well as all important town amenities. 」

「This was a great place to come home to every evening after being among the crowds in London. It is in a quiet residential community just off the river right across the bridge from Hammersmith tube station - which you can get anywhere from. It was small but very clean - nice fluffy big towels, towel warmer and clean fresh bedding. The room was above a pub so we were worried about noise but there was very little. Highly recommend!」

Be careful if you are sensitive to noise.

"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily. Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
