隔音不行，聽到樓上很大的腳步聲，隔壁來電響聲，對話聲。其他房客關門，整間房間都在震動。房燈壞的，時明時暗。浴室設備損壞，刮傷皮膚。

The heat in the room did not work, plus there was no hair drier in the room. The room was much smaller than expected based on the website pictures. Bathroom did not have an electrical outlet. Breakfast and staff were very good. The location of the hotel is good, several tube lines within easy walking distance.

The room we had overlooked the rear garden which was nice. It had air conditioning but the heating was slow to turn on. The room was spacious but the shower quite small. The English breakfast was very satisfying. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

The best reason to stay in The Marker is its location near the center of Soho and Covent garden. It's an old house, the bed was rather small for two, the house allows to hear the neighbors from above and next door. There was a strong smell of cleaning chemicals, when we arrived, and all in all there is not enough fresh air in the house and rooms. More periods with open doors or open windows especially in the breakfast room would help. The personell and service are very friendly and helpful, the food for breakfast was nice and the offers were flexible to our wishes. We spent 6 lovely days in London and were glad to reach all the places to be in short walks or by public transport. Thank you !

My room was beautiful and comfortable, but more importantly the staff was so friendly, helpful, and communicative. They made sure I knew my options for breakfast, reminded me of the times, accommodated my arrival time, always had someone available at the front desk, and were so nice. I will definitely come again.

Don't book a single room here . Nice and clean enough but NO wardrobe/storage for clothes at all. Room No10 only had room key (no front door, so had to depend on reception staff to let you in. But the staff in question complained "where's your key?!" on entry. So, in a nutshell, customer service sucks. Guess "cheap" means no service/respect.

The room was not as described - description said a wardrobe to store clothes, 2 coat hangers on the back of the door, and a table/desk for laptop use tiny wall shelf mostly used by a refreshments tray, and if you put a laptop on it, the shelf started to come away from the wall. I raised this with a staff member, they shrugged their shoulders and said that's the room. A light bulb in the bathroom wasn't working the following day, and I asked for it to be replaced but when I returned was told that bulb had not been replaced - sorry. One member of staff was very helpful but others did not show any care or customer service. Disappointed with my stay.

Die Zimmer waren sauber. Das Bett war okay. Das Personal war immer freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es wurde frisch English Breakfast zubereitet für jede Person - vegetarisch oder mit Fleisch. Es gab frischen Obstsalat am Buffet und Cerealien, Mini Croissants und andere süße Teigtaschen. Um das Hotel herum gab es verschiedene Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und andere Dinge.

　好立地で地下鉄２駅とバスの選択肢があり移動に困りません。大英博物館も近く、ナショナルギャラリーも歩いて行けます。 　施設スタッフが皆さんとても親身な方々で、ちょっとしたことにも笑顔で対応してくださり感謝しかないです。 朝食はイングリッシュ／コンチネンタルの選択肢があり、時間制で予約が必要になるので希望は早めにレセプションで伝える事をお勧めします。オーダーしてからの用意で暖かいサーブが嬉しいです。フルーツ・ヨーグルト・飲み物も自由にいただけて助かりました。 ロンドン大学エリア且つガワー街に面しているので夜間でも車の往来や喧噪があります。それも含めてのロンドン滞在を楽しめます。中庭もかわいらしく、ホッとできる空間です。 次に機会があれば是非また利用させていただきたいです。ロンドン別宅、という気分になれます。

The property is very run down, and smells not very pleasant. Alot of humity, doors do not properly lock. You do not get what you pay for, with quality because there is no way to suagr coat it..turned right around and checked out into another location. Would not recommend, and will never go to this location or even give a second chance to it again.

The staff was very nice and accommodating to all of my needs. I needed to drop my bags off early and they obliged. However, they kept the bags with them unlocked by their front desk that they said was manned 24/7. I didn't feel comfortable leaving them out in the open, but I had no choice but to do so rather than ruck them around all day. Thankfully there was no incident. The room itself was clean, but the shower head busted off and the grooves to put it back on were stripped making the shower basically a hose during my stay. Lastly, the toilet placement in the bathroom was so poor that one couldn't sit on it normally, but at an angle or sideways. Whoever designed the layout of the bathroom, did so very poorly and is a reason I would not stay there again.

A really nice spot and handy for many good spots of London. Close to Euston, and not to bad to walk to Covent Garden and the theatres. Room was clean and spacious, although the bathroom probably needs a little TLC and modernising. Otherwise, no complaints!
