「We arrived and the room 5 was in the state as shown in images, we had to find alternative accomodation because they couldn’t get us another room. We then were told that we could go to room 6 in the morning, the ‘team’ confirmed it was clean. We showed up the next day, and suprise!That room was in a similar state. 「We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available.
And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. It’s my bad to have left belongs not checked but expecting they can help.」
