"Loved our room, very clean and well priced. Bars had tasty drinks. Excellent amenities. The bathroom in the room was indeed way too small and the bizarre door placement meant you had to walk in, squish yourself up next to the sink and shimmy by the door in order to close it and get access to the shower and toilet. No clue why it was built this way. That’s literally my only complaint. The staff everywhere are very kind and attentive. Check in and out was a breeze. Thank you for a wonderful weekend."

"The hotel is in the middle of everything but not on South Lake Tahoe so it’s quit and safe. The room was very pleasant and had a cabin feel to it. The pool and hot tub (very small fits 3 people). Overall, very good hotel. "

"They charged me for not even staying there there was a snowstorm warning and we decided to cancel the trip notified the hotel well in advance still they purposely didn’t reply in order to charge me and Expedia didn’t help me either what a shame I trusted you guys still I didn’t receive a single penny of my hard earned money "
