The hotel in general was super good. The staff was very attentive, from the front desk to the cleaning crew and breakfast buffet. It is within walking distance to everything outside the hotel.

Americana Village was such a relief for us as we got stuck in a snow storm and all roads were closed. The staff was very welcoming and helpful and the suite really clean. If I had to make a constructive feedback I would advise to double check on the foldable cot mattress and mattress protection cleanliness. ...

If you have a wedding, the communication between the hotel/lodging and event coordination could be improved. Wedding discounts did not work, the hotel told some guests there was actually no wedding under our name, we could not block rooms etc..
