Holiday Inn Club Vacations Tahoe Ridge Resort by IHG

Holiday Inn Club Vacations Tahoe Ridge Resort by IHG

8/10 Good
"The Villa Suite I booked for Labor Day weekend was amazing. It had a king size bedroom with its own flat screen tv, the living room area had a comfortable L-Shape sofa with a flat screen tv along with an electric chimney, it also included a 6-person dining table that worked perfect for my family of 5. The kitchen was well set with all the amenities included from the smallest thing like a spoon, can-opener, cutting board, to the biggest thing like a toaster, blender, dishwasher, and of course a coffee maker. I rate it 8 of 10 only because we didn't really like the bathroom it was a bit smaller than expected along with bad lighting. The second bad thing was that we experienced a loud noise coming from a possible "pipeline" that didn't let us sleep the first night. Lastly, breakfast buffet its scheduled from 10am-12pm but they charge $30 per adult and $15 per child, I was a little surprised by that, so we skipped it."

"Staff was great! Very courteous and helpful. Hotel and rooms could be cleaner/updated - marks on walls and floors, 1 bedspread was stained, ripped curtains, furniture old and dingy, shower stained/discolored. But, this is an older property and we were not expecting perfection. Beds were comfortable, shower had hot water, and everything worked. TV was a little funny to operate but still better than no TV! Parking was tight but we came during a holiday weekend so they were full. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay again."
