「Except ac, everything was as expected. I set the room to 72, but room temp was stayed at 77 during my stay. Room was little warm.」

「Property said they couldn't find the reservation. They gave us a room and said they would research it, and now are saying they are going to charge us the walk-in rate. Also, I was charged an international transaction fee for a domestic property reservation.」

「The door lock didn’t work for us had to contact someone to give us a code to be able to get in. The WiFi was ridiculous, hardly worked. The sink faucet was so loose felt like turning on the water would rip the faucet off its brackets. The TP holder was broken. Was a good price but everything was cheaply made and breaking.」

「The apartment was nice, modern, and very clean, with new appliances and a comfortable bed. Overall, it felt well-maintained and offered good value for the location. However, there were a few issues during my stay. Some of the light switches were confusing and didn’t always work properly sometimes only certain combinations would turn lights on or off. The unit is downstairs, and noise from the upstairs neighbor (who was quite loud at times) made it difficult to sleep in or rest comfortably....

「Perfect stay for a family traveling with a dog(s). We were in Reno for five days and couldn't have been more impressed with the complex. The unit was clean and comfortable, the potty areas for pets around the complex were abundant, and the manager was very pleasant. Our son enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and basketball court.」
