「The view was breathtaking. Only complaint was shower would run out of hot water during shower. Otherwise very romantic for couples.」

Teresa was an excellent host, she left us a welcome letter, a property manual, suggestions for restaurants and activities nearby, a very quiet neighborhood. I only recommend putting salt on the entrance stairs to prevent snow accumulation and avoid an accident. For everything else. Wonderful experience」

「This is a nice condo with lots of room a well stocked kitchen. I have rented numerous properties over the years and without a doubt, I have never had an owner as organized as Kenneth. The condo is located in Incline Village, as good a starting point as any for your Tahoe adventures. If you have access to a vehicle, there are lots of things within an hour. I would stay here again. 」

「This place was very clean and in the perfect location. If I had any complaints, it's that there is no view, but we were basically only in the room to sleep.」

「Kitchen & bathroom equipment was extremely basic Numerous hairs on floors, so it had not been properly cleaned. Check-in instructions were very last minute and they required photographic proof of who we were. Though we booked via Expedia, the information was provided by Evolve. We had previous problems with Evolve on exactly the matters above. Location is great and the development is good.」
