"Beautiful resort and excellent rooms. Only complaint is pervasive smell of smoke in casino. Hard to breathe for me. I didn’t really see many people smoking but somehow the smell was present everywhere except room. But no worse than other casinos. Just wish they’d do something to create cleaner air. "

One of the reception staff provided inaccurate information about the exchange rate options for payments and seemed to encourage using the higher rate for CAD to USD, which felt a bit misleading. Additionally, some lamps in our room were not working, and daytime construction noise occasionally disrupted our stay. "I wasn’t expecting the fee for early check in. I didn’t realize I had to upgrade when I got there for a king size bed. A refrigerator shouldn’t be an upgrade. The room was clean. Tv was a good size. Location is great. "

"I wish each room came with a fridge and microwave and a laundry room for the hotel, as well. Other than that, very convenient to get around with the Monorail and so many dining options!"

"Loved the view from the top. The Top of the World restaurant was amazing but very pricey. Not very walkable, not the densest/ resort part of the strip. One of the restaurants, PTs, never texted us they were ready, ended up eating elsewhere but that was frustrating. "
