I love this place and use it as a hopping point between Boise and Las Vegas. The staff are wonderful and you just feel a happy feeling when you are there. Shout out to Carrie. Thank you for making our stay even better.

Picked this hotel, even being higher priced than others in the area due to great reviews of the pool/hot tub. Which of course were closed. I wish these places would note that on the reservation site as it is a deciding factor for us always. We were very disappointed after a 9 hr drive to not be able to soak. That being said, the folks there were very friendly, rooms dated but comfortable. Feather pillows. We didnt have one of the rooms that looked newly rennovated on the website. Last but not least, Margaritas restaurant on site had outstanding food at good prices. Also, they did give guests a complimentary drink coupon.

Nice, conveniently-located hotel and casino next to the main highways through town. Staff was friendly and helpful. Casino was a bit smoky, but that is not too out of the ordinary. We enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed here many time and really enjoyed our stay. We were bummed that the pool was closed for renovation. It’s bothersome that there was no mention of that on their website nor did Expedia mention it during booking.

I will not stay here again. I didn’t want to take my shoes off because I felt like it wasn’t clean enough. I wouldn’t sleep with the comforter. The hot water wouldn’t work at first. They had to reset it and even after that it was warm water at best. They put us in a smoking room and it was bad. It is very run down and could use a remodel. We got to breakfast at 7:45 and were told that they would not be refilling anymore items. Apparently breakfast is really early for most who stay here. We were not the only ones who were disappointed by this news. Other guests were touching the food with bare hands. The gravy was burned. We left without eating. The traffic is really loud all night long on the streets. Honestly I am embarrassed we stayed here. This is like a 1 star hotel. Luckily we just needed a bed but honestly it would have been better to stop on the side of the road and sleep in our car. It was not worth what we paid for this property. Let me just say pictures can be very deceiving!

The casino/bar area was under construction during our stay resulting in crowded conditions. Food at the restaurant was good but our waiter completely ignored us after he served our meal which was very frustrating. Room and cleanliness of the facility is always above average. Looking forward to returning after the remodel is completed.

My room was beautiful. My daughter stayed in another room and it was just as pretty. The whole hotel is high class and I’m from Las Vegas. I went to Margaritas in the casino for dinner and LOVED it. I would l say a negative if I found one but I could not find one negative thing to say….. I will be back, I will make sure I stay here when I am in Ely.

Yes, the service was very good and the room was very nice. The bathtub does not have handles for assisting users to access the shower. A necessity for older people. The lighting near the sink and mirror is a little dim. Room temperature control was excellent, as well as all other aspects of the room.

The staff was nice. I was thoroughly disappointed that the pool was closed as I come to Ely to have a sleepover at there and take my Grandkids swimming. I didn't even think to ask... will be staying elsewhere next time. also.. cash only at the restaurant, my grandaughter threw p all night after eating at the restaurant and the didn't have any to go cups.
