"We booked an Executive King Room and had high expectations, but our stay started off very poorly. Our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the room next door had children crying and yelling late into the night, making it difficult to relax or sleep. My wife is pregnant, so this made the experience especially uncomfortable. The service issues continued throughout our stay.
