「Was given an itinerary and receipt indicating my credit card was charged for 5 rooms. Arrived at hotel a little after 1AM to check in and I was told that my rooms had been double booked to someone else. No refund, a too bad about your luck attitude. Dispute filed with my credit card / Bank. 」

「The rooms were very nice, clean. The staff was great. It was surprisingly quiet. Would stay again」

「The staff was very friendly and accommodating but the floor in the room was linoleum and sticky! We had to ask for soap for the bathroom just to wash our hands and we didn’t have a remote for the TV. Also, there was a note asking us to take our own trash out when we left to a dumpster behind the building! Very tacky! We did take it out. Overall I firmly believe that I way over paid for this hotel! Won’t be going back 」

「The room was clean but had a strong smoke odor. I let the front desk know the morning of checkout and we comped 10%. Not much but at least it was something. The lady working the front desk the night I stayed was rude and passive aggressive. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name.」

「Friendly desk staff and quick check in. Room was large the bed was comfortable.」

「I’ve never been to a hotel where every single time we left our room, we would need to go have the front desk redo our room key because it would not work, “they’re older than dirt” is what one of the clerks said! I went to blow dry my hair and the room didn’t have a blow dryer, went down to ask and they didn’t even have a back up. Two towels were left in our room for the weekend stay」

「Very modern, clean, spacious room. Walls could be a tad thicker so you dont have hear your neighbors having “ adult time”.」

「Unaccompanied minors trashing the pool area and getting water all over everything. Pool area is TINY TINY TINY, be aware. By the end of the night, the water in the pool and hot tub were disgusting and brown.」
