"This property was excellent. We booked the hotel because we were seeing a show at scotiabank arena. We were able to walk to the arena with no issues. Pool was super tiny but the hot tub was nice. Very close to the mall for shopping and it was easy to find spots in the parking garage. The body wash in the shower was did not have a super pleasant scent but the overall room felt very clean. TV remote was a bit difficult to work as well, not sure if the batteries were dying! We would absolutely...

"I am a big fan of Hyatt properties, so I was not surprised to find a high-quality hotel in all respects. My only negative is the small bar which on Toronto Blue Jays nights is a disaster. There was a wonderful bartender, and she must have been made of steel to serve the crowd that was watching the hockey game. The hotel might consider adding a person on game nights."

"If you are looking for a luxury hotel, it's probably not your best bet. But if you are looking for a nice affordable hotel in the heart of Toronto so you can visit the city easily, shop and touch base, or have access to transportation. It's exactly what your are looking for. The hotel was nice, the room was not big and pretty basic, but the point was to visit the city, not to stay in the room.
