"I was very impressed with our stay here. We arrived very late just to rest our heads so we could move on over to Helios for our Epic Universe vacation. Upon looking around at the pool and splash pad, we would have loved to have stayed here during the day! We missed breakfast because we got to the theme park early (so I can’t comment on it), but it is actually the reason we chose the hotel along with proximity to the theme park. I’m sure it was just fine. The man who checked us in was very very nice, and the room was furnished well, accented beautifully, and clean. The bed was also very comfortable with a bunch of nice soft pillows that made the whole presentation look very plush. We will definitely be staying here again!"

"I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, there were multiple serious issues that made our stay unacceptable. First, the bed in the room was broken and clearly not properly cleaned. The overall condition of the suite did not match the pictures advertised online, which was very misleading. The pool area was also disgusting, with condoms and clothing left in the water, making it unsafe and unsanitary. In addition, there was no staff available at the front desk when we needed assistance, and communication from the hotel has been terrible. I have called multiple times regarding my refund and no one answers the phone or follows up. I was never provided proper documentation for check-in, check-out, or my refund, which is highly unprofessional. To make matters worse, there were people smoking marijuana directly outside of our hotel room, creating an uncomfortable and unsafe environment for guests and families. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and we only stayed for about one hour before deciding we could not remain there. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless major improvements are made to cleanliness, customer service, and safety standards."

"Checking in took extremely long and this was after peek time. The hotel front desk has no sense of urgency and my room was not clean despite me calling and confirming on my way out. I was unaware to communicate with the housekeeping staff due to a language barrier and parking is $20 per day for apparently no reason as there is no security on patrol that I observed. Location is great but I did not like the crowd of pit smokers hanging in the parking lot at night."
