"Awww man where do I begin??? From the moment we got off our transport to the days we stayed there to my check out this morning, everything was excellent!!! Well kept , great hospitality, great customer service!! I wish I can request for you guys to ask for a specie person but that’s won’t be necessary. Because they are all amazing!"

"We had the best time with two young kids. The food was always delicious with some many options between the restaurants and buffets. The servers and staff were always helpful and accommodating to our children. Our concierge’s, Cielo and David, were especially helpful. They met every need we asked for. They handled all reservations for us and sent the schedule for the day every morning. Also, we were having an issue with house keeping coming to our room while our kids napped and they were able to schedule when house keeping would come. They helped arrange anything we needed and support in every question and request we had. They really elevated our time here. Will definitely come back and be booking through Expedia to get the concierge help again. Only downside was the beach was unusable due to the seaweed. But that’s a time of year thing and not the resorts fault."

Disfrutamos especialmente de las cenas en los restaurantes, destacando Cantina Los Faroles por su ambiente, atención y deliciosa comida. Los parques hicieron que nuestras vacaciones fueran aún más inolvidables. Xenses y Xplor fueron nuestros favoritos por su diversión, creatividad y aventura. Recomendamos totalmente Hotel Xcaret México para unas vacaciones especiales en familia. Sin duda regresaríamos."

"We went here to celebrate a family members anniversary this past Valentine’s Day weekend. What a great experience this was! From the moment we checked in and were offered fresh cold cocktails to all the points in between. The staff and their attentiveness was amazing. The food was great, the bars were great, the activities were fun, and the location was beautiful. Definitely a great vacation at a great price and we would definitely visit here again. Forgot to mention everything was included… yes everything."

In fact, it often felt like we had the entire place to ourselves—a rare and luxurious experience that made our stay feel entirely exclusive. The Highlights of Our Stay World-Class Hospitality: The staff here are truly amazing. Every single team member we encountered was genuinely friendly, attentive, and deeply committed to making our time excellent. Their warmth and hospitality elevated the entire trip. The Spa (A Absolute Must!): Do not skip the spa services! The spa is an architectural and wellness masterpiece.
