"Bug found in room. Cabinet drawer wouldn’t stay closed until I called front desk about it. Room smelled. Loud. Returned late to hotel to see 5-6 police vehicles outside. Hallways not vacuumed. Low Shower pressure. Could not wait to leave. "

"Staff was excellent, called to make sure everything was okay with our room. Breakfast had several added touches such as freshly brewed coffee, cage-free eggs Etc. Room was clean and smelled fresh. We were well pleased with the accommodation. Pool was closed though so we weren't able to give a review on that."

Took one point off because there wasn’t ample parking—to be fair, I visited during a peak time (huge festival going on in town); also, there was a lot of noise late into the night coming from the downstairs lounge (the outside seating area is in the courtyard adjacent to the rooms).
