Good and safe

My son and I stayed for the balloon festival and found the staff to be amazing friendly and welcoming. I don't always feel safe traveling as a solo parent, but safety was no issue here. The pool could use some love, and while the room was comfortable - you could tell it needed a good 'deep' clean. Overall I would stay again. But I would not use the pool again.

I particularly appreciated the large, clean laundry room where I was able to wash our clothes at the end of a 10-day vacation. We packed clean clothes in our suitcases. Also, the help by your front desk staff person on the morning of 9/13 (I didn't get her name) to ensure we had our boarding passes printed. All front desk staff were friendly and accommodating - that makes all the difference!

The staff was the most friendly I e seen in a long time. The only downside was our air conditioner stopped working our last night there. We didn’t want to pack & move so just turned on the fan.
