"Clean room. Great breakfast"

"The room was ok. The floor felt gritty. The breakfast was subpar for a buffet. We had trouble with the room key not working. The manager said the key may have been subjected to magnetism causing it to fail. I don’t buy that explanation as it was in my front pocket away from credit cards. Manager seemed indifferent about this problem which caused inconvenience and disruption of our plans."

"2nd time staying here. I love the artwork, the location, and the general ambiance of the hotel. However, this time was marred by paper thin walls, listening to complaints and arguments from next door, doors slamming, etc. The other thing I didn't appreciate was the "everyone must valet park" rule. No signage, no applicable warning, just show up, get your parking ticket, and have someone run you down stating they need your car because it's all valet now. It was a bit unnerving, and had I not seen others get pulled to the side behind me, I would have thought this was some theft scam. In the end, it all worked out. But you might want to choose otherwise until the construction is complete. The lack of clear signage about the hotel entrance was also a miss. You'd think with all this construction they'd have this figured out by now, but it seems there are still some growing pains."
