The staff hovered, and did not make you feel welcome. Check-in was very late check out was very early without the option to extend. And pool hours did not accommodate for the price that was charged for one night. I believe the pool should be open prior to check in at least two hours and after checkout at least two hours since you charge so much for the one night stay it’s unfortunate that you only have the pool from 4 PM until 10 AM the next day

Title: Clean room but live bug in room and no proper breakfast option Overall, the room was clean, quiet, and odor-free, and the check-in process was smooth. Staff were friendly and the hotel seemed well-maintained at first glance. However, I was shocked to find a small live bug crawling on the floor (I even have a video). It made me question how clean the room truly was. It was unsettling and definitely impacted my sense of comfort. Another major inconvenience was the complete lack of a restaurant or breakfast facility inside the hotel. The only food option was inside the attached casino, at a place called Sportsbook, which wasn’t appealing and didn’t feel like a peaceful dining experience. I was hoping for a quiet, dedicated breakfast space within the hotel, but had to walk through the casino instead just to get a bite to eat. Not ideal. This place has potential, but for a truly comfortable stay, better pest control and an actual hotel dining area are badly needed.

Loved the room, the views are great. Very quiet and comfortable. The pool and the bowling was great. I wished the bowling stayed open until 11pm. When a guest is staying in the hotel, they should get a discount on bowling. For the amount of money paid to stay at this location, they should provide breakfast. There is only one place to have breakfast and we had to pay for it. It was not a good price and not alot of options. Over all I would stay here again.

Fantastic stay at the Santa Ana Star Casino! Friendly staff, comfortable and newly renovated rooms, and a non-smoking casino made for a very pleasant stay. The pool & hot tub is under a roof to protect you from the sun, but has an open side to allow for a nice natural breeze. The casino has a wide variety of slots and table games with friendly dealers and low minimums. They offer free parking with security guards regularly making rounds. And they offer several restaurant options with everything from a quick service meal to a fine dining experience. Free self serv fountain drinks are available throughout the casino. The Santa Ana Star Casino tops many of my favorite casinos in Vegas. I'll definitely be back.
