「In my opinion, the apartment is pretty good expect that its location is a little inconvenient, as need in designated Hotel to arrange check in service. Room is tidy and clean. Overall check out arrangement is quite good and simple. 」

We even spoke with a staff who was originally from Italy and she was so lovely. It was definitely different from staying at a hotel but we really enjoyed. 」

「My second stay at Arlington house during my visit in London. Love the location, very convenient, it’s right next to The Ritz. Walking distance to many shops and fine restaurants. Stayed in the 1 bedroom suite this time, and last time was the 2 bedrooms suite, room is spacious, with en-suite in each room and guest toilet. Service was great. Would definitely be back again. 」

「This place had the most comfortable bed of our entire 2.5 week trip. We had everything we needed, and anything we forgot, the staff provided gladly. They were friendly and recommended some local restaurants. The tube station is about a 9 minute walk, so we were able to get around with no issue. My only problem was figuring out how to use the washer/dryer combo. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking implements and the towels were super soft! They even gave us slippers to wear in the room! Great...

「Very nice to have an apartment style residence in a lively area of London. There are grocery shops and a tube station nearby and it’s a thirty minute walk to Piccadilly. Doesn’t have a hotel lobby but we had good communication about lock codes and let ourselves in. Free laundry machines on lower level and good air conditioning mean I’ll be back!」
