「Upon check in the lobby smelled of wet dog. They asked for a card to be put on file for incidentals and the card reader wasn’t working. So they had to manually enter it somewhere on their computer. We were given our room key and upon approaching our room the door was cracked open. We entered and the room smelled of cigarettes. The door didn’t lock from the outside so we went back to the desk to inform them. We got our room switched to another room. This one locked and didn’t smell of...

「Staff so friendly, perfect location, quiet. Room very comfortable although pool looked a bit murky. Breakfast very nice also. Would definitely return.」

「Hotel was under construction, my first room assigned to me smelled reallly bad of animal urine; I told the front desk, no way I can stay in there; so they put me in a suite which had a floor and there was no smell in there so was ok but front desk acted like it was a chore to do.」
