"This was such a great choice for our stay in Florence. The location truly could not have been better. The moment we stepped outside, we were right in the center of everything, which made exploring the city incredibly easy. The hotel was safe, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. A huge plus was the air conditioning, which worked exceptionally well and was greatly appreciated during the August heat wave! Everyone we encountered was friendly, polite, and welcoming, and anything we needed was addressed promptly. Overall, we had an excellent stay. Between the unbeatable location, comfortable accommodations, wonderful staff, and excellent air conditioning, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence."

"Wonderful, central hotel (we walked from the train station and only yards from the Doumas) with really helpful staff who recommended a fantastic restaurant when we explained the kind of thing we were looking for. Very classic decor style. Great breakfast. Surely the best rooftop bar in town and it gives priority to residents, even letting us take our children up. Would thoroughly recommend."

"The accommodation is very good value for money. Nice facilities. The food in the restaurant is excellent and at a very reasonable price. Just one small complaint. We arrived in a torrential downpour, but had to wander around the site in the dark looking for our chalet. I thought a little buggy to help travellers would be a good idea."

"I had a fantastic stay at Plaza Hotel Lucchesi. The hotel is beautiful, the location along the Arno is excellent, and my room was comfortable with a wonderful view of Florence. The rooftop was definitely a highlight, with incredible views over the city and a perfect atmosphere for relaxing with a drink in the evening. The staff were also warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. A beautiful hotel in an amazing city, and I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Florence!"

"I highly recommend this hotel. Absolutely a ten out ten. Friendly staff. The breakfast one of the best most complete manus excellent. Totally worth it!!!! The location is ideal you can walk to Michallangelo square and the town. One piece of advice we made the mistake and walked from the train station to the hotel is about 30 minutes. Taxis are expensive about 40 euros. Take the bus number 14 only one euro lives right by the hotel and in front of the train station. If I ever come back to Florence will definitely stay in this hotel. Thank you to everyone in the hotel loveeeed it!!!!"

"Lovely hotel, room was comfortable with all amenities you could need. The spa was very nice and a little getaway inside Florence. We were able to book the Spa and have it for ourselves even in the middle of summer. Breakfast and pool are great. We opted to use the bikes they provide to get to town, the hotel is right on a bike path and it is a straight shot to get to the city center. Great location but still far enough that it is quiet, and we had wonderful little sunset bike rides into town by the river. Highly recommend the staff are wonderful."
