Beautiful well maintained location! Amazing views! The breakfast buffet was great and so large! Particularly loved the orange juice and cappuccino machines. The restaurant on site has the same menu for lunch and dinner so pro tip eat lunch at the bar with a different menu if you aren’t going out. The shuttle only goes to San Gimignano and runs at 10, 11:15, 1:30 and 5:15. We wish there was a 3PM option but taking public transport is cheap and easy. This is an amazing place to stay to visit San G. The pool area is beautiful but a hot tub would amazing here! The air conditioning only works at certain times so if staying on property it is off from 8am-2pm and 7-9PM. Rooms can get stuffy during those times but you can open windows/outside doors. The AC is great when it’s on. Overall very beautiful and relaxing and would recommend!

Everything bout Hotel Sovestro was perfect. It's easy to get to, parking is right in front, we were greeted by staff (family owners!), our room had a patio onto the large and pleasant pool area, there is a bar with a very friendly and helpful bar owner, a Michelin star restaurant where the matriarch of the family prepares amazing dinners (wait until you see the breakfast buffet). Again, EVERYTHING about the hotel is top notch (location, staff, amenities, cleanliness, furnishings, the bed, the towels, etc). AND! the family has their own winery across the street where you can have wine tastings from delicious wines they create from their own grapes on their property. The value of a stay at this property is amazing. The patriarch of the family drives a shuttle bus to San Gimignano (2 km distant) every couple of hours: it is one of the best preserved medieval fortress towns in all of Italy. We walked back on a nearly deserted country road, view of San Gimignano all the way, one of the best things we did during our stay. Be sure and ask the way to walk back to Hotel Sovestro. This lodging has our highest of all ratings!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Sovestro. The location was perfect for exploring San Gimignano and we took advantage of the ability to walk into the city every day. We also enjoyed the wonderful restaurant, pool area and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again and highly recommend coming.

주변 환경이 너무 아름답습니다. 들어오는 입구부터 아기자기한 정원과 뒷편에 수영장도 있고 그 주변에 놓은 테이블과 선베드에 앉아서 보는 석양도 기가막힙니다. 주변에 드넓은 초원이 토스카나에 왔다는 느낌을 받게 해줍니다. 아침에 일출도 절대 빼놓을수가 없어요. 방도 스위트로 했는데 다이닝 공간이 매우 넓어서, 주변 소도시에서 먹을것들을 사와서 와인과 먹기에도 좋습니다. 와인도 구비되어있어서 사올 필요가 없어요.(물론 돈을 내고 먹어야되죠) 이 곳은 꼭 숙소에서 시간을 보내야 하는 곳입니다 :)

This was a gem of a Hotel in the rolling hills of Tuscany. Great base to be able to explore the area. Will several fabulous restaurants, wineries, olive mills and medieval towns and church’s to explore. Service was great staff was super friendly and accommodating. On site restaurant had a wonderful breakfast each morning with a great variety of food. And of course the wine was pretty good as well. Would highly recommend this Hotel!!
